Time to quit smoking

So, you've decided to quit smoking...Fantastic! Quitting smoking is one of the best things you can
do to improve your health. Current research recently stated that if you quit smoking before the age of 35 you reduce your risks of smoking related illnesses to that of someone who had never smoked. Most of the benefits of quitting smoking can result in the first year after stopping.
But, I'm sure your main thoughts are focused on the difficult weeks ahead...I know mine were. I
personally quit smoking 6 years ago, I still recall how difficult it was to not pick up another cigarette.
My biggest reason for quitting was the absolute fear of getting cancer. I had already developed a
